Sindh government launched the E transfer registration process for teachers. Now teachers can register themselves to be eligible for transfer from one school to the other schools, where vacant position are available.

How to register in E transfer online

E transfer registration process is very easy teacher are required to have there personal ID as well their register number on the sindh rsu portal.

Steps to register online in e transfer

Following steps for online e transfer registration.

  1. Go to e transfer registration link. https://eportal.sindheducation.gov.pk/Account/Register
  2. Provide following information.

Employee PID

Employee CNIC

Date of birth

Mobile number

3. click on registration and continue

you will receive an OTP in message on your provide number.

put the opt and generate a password.

E transfer registration schedule

  1. Activation of user IDs by all teaching staff will be started from 30th January 2026 till 10 april 2026.
  2. Submission of e-Transfer applications by interested PST/JST/JEST candidates along with mandatory documents (No Dues, No Inquiry, Bonafide Certificate and Application), duly signed and stamped by the concerned authority from 10-Apr-2026 to 07-May-2026.
  3. Scrutiny of e-Transfer applications by the concerned District Education Officer (DEO) and forwarding to the concerned Director School Education (DSE) 08-May-2026 to 28-May-2026.
  4. Scrutiny of e-Transfer applications by the concerned Director School Education (DSE) and forwarding to Director (IT/HRMIS) 29-May-2026 to 18-Jun-2026.
  5. Scrutiny of e-Transfer applications by Director (IT/HRMIS) and submission of report to the Worthy Secretary, Education Department, for approval 19-Jun-2026 to 02-Jul-2026.
  6. Approval by the competent authority, issuance of system-generated transfer orders, and uploading on the official website of the School Education & Literacy Department 03-Jul-2026 to 16-Jul-2026.

  2. Matriculation certificate
  3. Intermediate certificate
  4. Last degree certificate
  5. Domicil
